This program will require you to make some decisions that will change the way you live, eat, drink and play. You must make the conscious decision to follow through with the program to get results. There will be days and times when you feel like quitting and probably think it’s not worth your time and investment BUT that is when the real test to stay focused, determined and follow through sets in. I will be here to walk this journey with you as both your Coach and Mentor.
You see, I have tried so many things and ways in the past to loose weight and it probably lasted a few months before I delved back into my old habits and lifestyle. I have tried some of the weight loss programs and diets you have out there too. It worked for a bit but I quickly lost the zeal to follow through.
In this Wellness program, we employ whole and natural methods, eating food from the earth and soil in moderation with plenty of exercise but the key difference is the RESETTING OF THE MIND. Since all our actions are first formed in our minds before they come in the physical, it is important to start with retraining the brain and the mind on how best to live.
Here are pictures of me in 2018 and 2019. I have learned to transform my body and owned control of my mind and life in the last 12 months using this program. I am here to help you achieve the results you desire.

Teena is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience working in corporate Nigeria as a Banker and Human Resource professional. She holds a masters’ degree in International Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School, London and an MBA in Management.
Teena is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of personnel and development (CIPD) United Kingdom. She is a Certified Wellness Coach. She is also a Certified Executive leadership Coach, Speaker and Trainer with The John Maxwell Team (Orlando, USA). She serves a mentor for Aspire Foundation, United Kingdom, Business Entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Youth Mentor helping women and youth across the world to find their mark in business, leadership and personal development through mentoring and coaching in the “making a difference” program.
Teena serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Youth development on The John Maxwell Team where she helps to develop curricula for youth training and certifications.
